How do I buy a domain?
Search for a name, choose the ones you want and send a request. We reply by email with the price, and register the domain to you once you have paid. Search domains.
How long does a new domain take to work?
A new domain is usually active within minutes of registration. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to reach every network.
What happens if my domain expires?
Your website and email stop working. Most endings can be renewed at the normal price for a period after expiry, then at a higher redemption price set by the registry.
How do I move my domain to another registrar?
Ask us for the authorisation code. We send it to the email address on the domain.
